Grass Flowers
Once I left
The manicured lawns, shrubs and trees
And landed in the land
Where every thing seems unkempt, and wild
I mean
Just natural
Then I noticed
The flowers on the lawn grasses
Weeds growing there proudly flaunting
Their pollens on the wind
More delicate and docile
I mean
Just natural
I was embraced by
The rain drops, slit and snow
Wind soaked with either pollens
Or smell of the wild flowers
I am in tryst with lofty trees
That demand attention of higher gods
As I walk on the meadow
It reminds me of my childhood
Not elegant
Not custom made
Just natural.
