Million Avataras
Thank you for letting me have the eyes
And the mind to sense your presence
Your universal presence
Your maha vishwa avatar
The dance of your breath
In every being I am able to see
Children undergoing perpetual metamorphosis
To beautiful men and women
Stepping slowly but surely to serenity of old age
Butterflies, birds, flowers and maple trees
The dance of your breath
In every being I can’t see
Like your avatars in the arctic
Or in subterranean hot springs
Or on the rocks on the ocean floor
Or on the sweltering heat of the Mojave Desert
Or deep inside the Amazon rain forest
Your omnipresence prevails
In preys and in predators
In forms and shapes beyond imagination
All able to sustain and to pass on the breath of you
As the prana of the universe
Your avatars
Fly high in the open sky
Or move effortlessly in dark abyss of the sea
Or become life giver as planktons or fruits
To feed your other avatars
I, a tiny sojourn of yours,
The seeker of you inside me and outside
Worshipping you
In your million avatars.
